Testimonials
Stephen Black, Director of Operations – Numerex Satellite Solutions
I have personally worked with Alpenglow Builders and found them to exhibit the highest standards of quality, professionalism and integrity. I handed them a project that had a very tight timeline and they exceeded those timelines. Our needs were high tech and office space and they nailed the project perfectly. I will truly miss working with them and having them around.
Dan Ullom and Andy Rowe visited the site almost daily to keep the project on pace, and avoided costly mistakes. The project came in under budget and as a public company was much appreciated.
I feel that Alpenglow Builders are a very competent and professional firm and anyone who engages them for a construction project would benefit from their expertise and commitment to excellence.
Shaun Shahan- Snowload, LLC
My name is Shaun Shahan of Snowload, LLC. and have had the pleasure of working with Andy & Dan of Alpenglow in numerous build-out projects on the building located at 801 W Main in Bozeman, MT.
I have found the people at Alpenglow to be extremely professional, prompt, hard working, and easy to get along with. They have continually tried to work for solutions and overcome potential hurdles on projects, with their main concern always being their clients well-being.
I would not hestitate to use them again on future projects, and highly recommend them for any job they might be asked to bid. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Jason M. Hick, RE., President Structural Engineer – Hicks Engineering, PC
I am pleased to write this letter to endorse Andy Rowe and Alpenglow Homes in consideration for any upcoming residential or commercial building project.
I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Rowe and his company for the past six months during construction of a commercial building in the South Towne Square, at the corner of South 3rd Avenue and Kagy Blvd., Bozeman, MT. Hicks Engineering produced the structural drawings for the project, and Alpenglow homes helped bring the project to successful completion. “Building Number 1” is a wood-framed building incorporating many wall jogs, a complex roof structure consisting of various glue-laminated beams and a myriad of engineered truss types, and a large, battered wall. Additionally, a hanging mezzanine with a steel stair system accents the premier suite within the building.
Due to the complexity of the structure, Mr. Rowe provided the necessary coordination between the various design team members to incorporate the building aesthetic elements in compliance with the structural requirements. His subcontractors implemented their respective tasks with attention to detail, including maintaining a clean and efficient job site. Hicks Engineering performed frequent job-site visits to observe various stages of construction to evaluate plan deviations and document the completed work. We were continually impressed with the quality of work and willingness to implement required corrections to the structure to satisfy our high level of design detail.
Andy Rowe has demonstrated efficiency in his organizational skills, honesty in his dealings, and competency in his general contracting knowledge during my recent experience working with him. I enthusiastically recommend Mr. Andy Rowe and Alpenglow Homes for consideration in any upcoming building projects you are planning to construct.
