I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you did on the Weaver Residence and the commercial Building #1 at South Towne Square.
Both projects, extremely complicated as you are well aware, have turned out perfectly. It was so good to work with a contractor that was honest, understood the importance of paying attention to details and was flexible in the wake of changes and the continuing requests for design and construction assistance.
Design build projects are always a challenge because so many of the details are left to the builder to make sure the final product suits the needs of the owner as well as the builder and architect. Your patience and pro-active approach to producing a final product that makes me look good is very rewarding. Conversations with the owners of these projects reinforce what I am saying here as well. Both have indicated that your performance was exemplary and both would never hesitate to recommend you. I only regret that other builders can’t be as flexible, conscientious and responsive.
