The Rico Residence was designed by local architecture firm, 45 Architecture & Interiors, as a mid-century modern home featuring sightlines worth celebrating. In the distance, the majestic mountain range reaches towards the sky and the valley sprawls below—all captured through unobstructed panoramic windows. The heart is the hub of this home with open kitchen, living, and dining spaces, while wings for private living and guest quarters extend in both directions. A gallery hall with punch-out windows connects the spaces, allowing sunshine to pour in. Contemporary finishes like marble counters and brushed silver fixtures give spa-like luxury, while the living areas are organic, tactile, and cozy.
